All visitors must report to reception - do not proceed to set up without booking in at reception first


Barbless hooks, no leadcore, safe rigs only


Nets / mats / slings should be disinfected in the dip provided


Dangerous or foolish actions will not be tolerated – you will be asked to leave (includes alcohol / drugs)


Rod licenses (environment agency) are required (3 rods = 2 licenses)


No fishing without first booking in and obtaining a ticket


Maximum of 3 rods at any one time


Barbless hooks only (barbless means barbless not crimped or microbarbed)


Unhooking mats are required for carp/specimen fishing


Large fish captures must be reported


Landing nets must be used on all lakes


No swimming, boating, wading


Noise to be kept to a minimum, especially at night


Fishing from designated pegs or platforms only


No leadcore at all


No braided mainline


Safe rigs only (leads must be able to break free from the rig if your line snaps)


Do not leave baited hooks/rods unattended


All fish to be returned to the water without delay


Fish must never be removed from site or moved to any other lake on the site


Bivvies or Brollies only for night fishing (no tents)


No pets


No unauthorised guests or visitors


Cars should be parked in the designated areas and should not cause an obstruction to others


Radios and TVs should not be played and lights should only be used when needed


Proper care and attention must be exercised at all times, deep water and uneven terrain could pose a risk if not treated with respect. You assume responsibility for your own health and safety and you are responsible for your own safety and security whilst on site


Keep all valuables secure as you would in any other public environment, we do have a perimeter fence and a gate which is locked at night but guests should remain alert to anything suspicious especially while night fishing
