All nets, weigh slings and unhooking mats must be dipped in the tanks provided before you start fishing


A suitable sized unhooking mat must be used (please bear in mind that you could catch catfish to 50lb and carp nudging 50lb)


Landing nets must be used, again please ensure they are of a suitable size.


A valid EA license is required by law


No nuts of any kind to be used, this includes tiger nuts, chopped nuts etc


Boilies are permitted but please use them in moderation


No fish is to be lifted more than 6 inches from the unhooking mat for photos, this protects the fish in case you drop it


Fish must be returned to the water as soon as possible


No rubbish, bins are provided so there is no excuse, this also includes cigarette ends


No children unless accompanied by a suitable adult and fish from the same swim as the adult


No radios or noise to upset other anglers, please have some respect for each other and help maintain the peace and tranquility of the location


No stealing of fish or moving them from one lake to another. Any person doing this will be required to leave the fishery with no refund. Any person stealing the fish will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and they will be banned from returning to the complex


Please have some respect for each other and your respective swims. You all come here for your enjoyment so please do not ruin others enjoyment

Barbless hooks only


Any physical or verbal abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and will result in you being removed from the fishery and possibly banned


Any person found to be breaking the rules will be asked to leave with no refunds offered
