  • Concession Rates - Junior, disabled & senior citizens all receive a £2.00 discount off day and night fishing tickets and a £1 discount off evening tickets - Junior concessions are not permitted on the Carp and Winters Lakes.

  • Under 6's fish free when fishing with a paying adult (must be supervised at all times)

  • To ensure a place for night fishing we recommend that you book in advance with a  deposit payable per angler per night. All night fishing sessions run from 4pm to 4pm the following day.

  • No entry to the fishery before 7am or after 6pm , although it is possible to exit the site at any time

Match Canal

Whole Canal Private Booking - £160.00 for all 23 pegs or £8.00 per peg for advance bookings of 10 or more anglers.


Damsel Lake

Whole Damsel Lake Booking For Coarse Match - 1 May to 30 Sept - £230.00 max 30 pegs or £9.00 per peg for advance bookings of 10 or more anglers.

  • Caravan and camping pitches are available

Keepnets are only allowed for organised matches.


All fish caught MUST be returned to the lake they were caught from. Under no circumstances must fish be killed or moved to other lakes.


No unauthorised vehicles around the lakes. Disabled blue badge holders only with prior permission. No cars including disabled around the Blunham Lake due to lack of access.


Under 8's must be accompanied by a non-fishing adult or fish from the same swim as the accompanying adult. They must not wander off unsupervised.


Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times


Under 18’s can night fish when accompanied by an adult


We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment or vehicles which may occur whilst at Manor Farm.


No dogs, even on leads. Sorry. Dogs on leads however are permitted for those people staying in the caravan park.


The fishery is a natural environment which we do our best to maintain, as such we accept no responsibility for any personal accident which may occur as a result of being on site at Manor Farm. Trips, slips and other such incidents can and do occur and are generally beyond our control. Please report any incidents to the Tackle Barn in order for them to be recorded. Minors require constant supervision by a non-fishing adult.

Matches - Landing net heads and 2 keepnets are provided for all organised matches on the Canal at the Tackle Barn


Blunham is accessible to disabled anglers on one bank, cars can be parked at the side of the roadway - cars must not drive around the lake
