Vehicles will not be permitted to park at the waters edge during the hours of darkness or when ground conditions are soft and tyres might damage the grass.
Bivvies or tents must not be erected at any time - Only umbrellas may be used for weather protection.
Rods must be attended at all times.
All fish caught must be returned to the water alive. Any persons found removing fish from the site, will be prosecuted under the theft act.
All anglers must keep the vicinity of their swim free of litter and leave the area tidy.
All anglers must be considerate towards other anglers, other park users and wildlife in the park. All discarded equipment, especially hooks and line, must be disposed of appropriately.
All anglers over 12 years of age must be in possession of a valid Emberton Country Park fishing ticket or an MKAA membership book and an Environment Agency Rod licence.
Juniors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst fishing.
No bait boats or other controlled devices for the delivery of bait and/or tackle will be allowed on the Park's waters.
